Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your Earhub purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate or in-ear products (e.g., earplugs, earbuds, or other personal-use items) cannot be returned once opened or used.
How to Return an Item

Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

We’ll send you step-by-step instructions on how to send your item back.

Please use a tracked delivery service. Earhub cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
